• Products typically arrive in 4–7 business days from the date of order.
• Order pickup requires the original payment card and a valid photo ID.

Apple Return Policy

• Apple products are non-returnable after 7 days from the date of purchase or pickup.
• Returns due to buyer’s remorse must be made within 7 days and include the original sales receipt and all original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply to opened products.
• All returned products must be factory reset before a refund is issued.
• Items showing signs of abuse or damage will not be accepted. The Campus Store reserves the right to determine product condition.
• Apple CTO (Configure-to-Order) desktop and laptop computers are non-returnable.
• MacBooks found to be inoperable upon first use (IUFU) within 7 days of purchase may be exchanged for an identical unit, if available. The product must be factory reset prior to exchange.
• After 7 days, any claims of defective or non-working Apple products will be referred to the nearest Apple Store for repair under the standard 1-year Apple warranty.
• Note: iPads are excluded from the above return policy.
